Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the goods back as long as they are unworn and still have the labels attached within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns should be sent with a trackable service as we cannot take responsibility for any items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please keep your proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 28 days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 28 days, please check your account and check with your bank or credit card company to ensure your refund is not being held by them. 

After doing this, if you still have not received your refund then please contact us at help@rascalclothing.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any free gift/item received via website promotion is not returned with purchased items.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (14 days for sale items).
